The Lash & Brow Academy, Inc. is a premier provider of professional products and training for licensed lash & brow artists. The academy was founded in 2008 in Southern California and has trained thousands of licensed cosmetologists and estheticians in lash and brow artistry over the last 15 years. It is the creator of the LABA brand of eyelash extensions and an authorized distributor for Elleebana. After almost 14 years in Southern California, the academy relocated to Fresno, California.in 2022.

The academy also stocks tools and accessories for professional services including tweezers, gel pads, tape, etc. Free shipping is available on orders over $200.00. Artists in Los Angeles County receive free freight on all orders. Fresno and Clovis, California receive free delivery.

 Beauty industry strategist and business development specialist, Melanie Thomas Kopeikin, is the founder of The Lash & Brow Academy.  She started her beauty career as a makeup artist behind the counter and in the salon while working on her Master's Degree in Special Education. Melanie found her passion in salon development and as a beauty industry strategist.

You may know her best for her role at Wella and Proctor and Gamble as the Senior Director of Business Development, or maybe as President of Pivot Point International.  She has also worked as a consultant and strategist for many companies including Goldwell, KMS, and Schwarzkopf.  

The Lash & Brow Academy is truly her passion project.  As part of the lash & brow profession for decades, she enjoys watching beauty professionals grow and succeed.

LABA's educational program is led by the talented Justine Ivaldi. She is a licensed cosmetologist and runs her own very successful lash business in Fresno, California. Justine is a LABA Master Trainer, Master Lash Artist, and most recently became a member of the LABA Board of Advisors.
