California Resale Certificate Form
California law requires sales tax to be charged on in-state purchases, and also requires tax to be charged on items purchased out-of-state for use in California. Typically, purchased made by clients who are in business outside of California are not charged tax. The California tax rates vary based on where the products are purchased and/or shipped in the state. This does not apply to shipments outside of the state that are not for use in California. We encourage all purchasers to check the rules within your respective geographical areas.
The Lash & Brow Academy, Inc. is located in California. We are required to collect sales tax on items purchased for professional use in the state by businesses located within the state's jurisdiction. We are also required to collect sales tax on items that you may purchase for resell if you do not have a valid California Sellers Permit and a California Resale Certificate Form on file with us.

Once we have received the completed form we will contact you and provide you with access to the designated retail items you wish to purchase as a reseller. If there are ever any changes to your seller's permit, please update the above form and let us know what other changes might be needed.
