Shipping policy

Most orders are processed the same day they are received.  Typically, your orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Because we ship from California primarily to lash and brow artists within the United States, deliveries usually arrive within 1-2 business days from the date we receive them if shipped to California destinations.  Please allow 3-5 days for delivery if you are outside California. We offer our clients flat-rate shipping for all U.S. orders shipped within the continental United States.  If you place your order with us and practice cosmetology or esthetics in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, we will contact you with the freight charges before shipping.

Freight is FREE for orders that are $200.00 or more that are shipped within the continental United States.  We offer free freight to our customers located in Los Angeles County.  Free freight or delivery is offered to our customers in Fresno and Clovis, California. All other orders under $200.00 are charged as follows:

Standard UPS (Business location) :$11.95
Standard UPS (Residential location): Additional $3.75
